By accessing solnceenergy.com or the Solnce mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Solnce operates a digital marketplace that connects solar consumers with verified EPC partners for installation, cleaning, maintenance, solar loans and carbon credit services. Solnce acts as a facilitator; the contractual relationship for installation work is between the consumer and the selected EPC partner.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes displayed on the Solnce platform are estimates generated from your inputs and partner rate cards. Final pricing is confirmed only after a physical site survey and signed work order.

3. Warranty & After-Sales

Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Workmanship warranty is provided by the executing EPC partner. Solnce facilitates warranty claims through the app.

4. Subsidy & Net-Metering

Solnce assists with PM Surya Ghar and state-level subsidy applications. Subsidy disbursal is subject to DISCOM approval and government policy and is not guaranteed by Solnce.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solnce's liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
